As a personal injury attorney, Mr. Gargano has dedicated his entire legal career to protecting the rights of injured persons.

He has been an advocate for injured victims since 1988. Mr. Gargano has represented thousands of injury clients in liability, worker’s compensation and Social Security disability cases.

He practiced as an insurance defense attorney Associate with Lamb Hartung Coughlin Kretzer and Reinman in Jersey City from 1988 to 1991.

He co-founded the Law Offices of Coughlin and Gargano, P.C. in Jersey City in 1991 which later became the Law Office of Christopher P. Gargano P.C. in 2003. He is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney with offices at 295 Newark Avenue Jersey City NJ.

He is licensed to practice in New Jersey (since 1986), and New York (since 1993) at both the State and Federal levels, and is a member of the New Jersey Association of Justice (NJAJ) since 1992, the American Association of Justice (AAJ) since 1986, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association (NYSTLA), the Workers Injury Litigation Group (WILG), and the Hudson County Bar Association.
